    The park ticket has my name and husband's name but my children are actually using the ticket. Is that ok? When I spoke to a cast member on the phone-they said it was valid

    Alice, to change the name or reassign your ticket and reservation information, you will need to call and speak to a friendly Cast Member over at Disneyland Resort Technical Support at (714) 520-6222. They will be happy to help take care of your issue for you. You may experience a wait time before being connected to a Cast Member, however, as soon as you’re connected, they will be happy to take care of your issue for you!
