Hi Claudia,
That's a tough call to make! Disney's Animal Kingdom is the largest of the theme parks when looking strictly at acreage, however, Epcot is more developed, with more attractions, experiences, shops, and restaurants. They both are incredible places to visit!
At
Disney's Animal Kingdom, you'll find thrilling attractions, entertaining shows, enriching cultural experiences, unique and amazing live animals, and the opportunity to experience a whole other land with Pandora - The World of Avatar. It's truly a breathtaking park that my family loves visiting, and we can definitely enjoy an entire day there.
I could actually say very similar things about
Epcot! While Future World at the front of the park has some incredibly fun attractions as well as a 5.7 million gallon aquarium in The Seas with Nemo & Friends, World Showcase at the back of the park introduces Guests to eleven different cultures through delicious food, live entertainment, authentic architecture, and fun experiences. Of course, you'll find touches of Disney magic interwoven into everything through gorgeous music, special character greeting opportunities, and incredible attention to detail. Because of the sheer volume of experiences at Epcot, I'd say that one full day might not be enough time to enjoy everything, and I feel like every time we visit, we experience something new to us.
For both of these parks, the real magic happens beyond just the attractions. You'll want to take time to slow down and really enjoy the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes all around you. If at all possible, I'd plan on spending a day at Disney's Animal Kingdom and one to two days at Epcot during your vacation. However you choose to spend your time, though, Claudia, I hope that your visit is truly magical!
