Do the park restaurants have calorie contents of food posted on their menus. I know a lot of restaurants are now doing this?

    Hi Jeremy,

The Disney World restaurants do not have calories counts posted on their menus. There are, however, ways to get information about the calorie counts at most of the quick service venues in the parks and resorts.

The easiest places to get calorie information are at Be Our Guest in the Magic Kingdom (for lunch only) and the Starbucks locations at the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. When you're ordering lunch on the touch screens at Be Our Guest, there are options to see nutrition information, including calories. The Starbucks info is the same as Starbucks throughout the US and is available on their website.

For other Disney World quick service locations, there is a binder available behind the counter with nutrition facts for each item. This is primarily designed for guests with food allergies to see ingredient lists, but you're welcome to ask the manager to see the binder to determine calorie counts.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no readily accessible way to get calorie information for the foods at Disney table service restaurants. The chefs are more than willing to speak with guests about their nutritional needs, so again, you could ask a manager to speak with a chef for an estimate.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
