Hey there, hi there, Jill! Welcome to
planDisney, and thank you so much for bouncing in with your question.
I'm so glad you brought up dining at
Walt Disney World. It is definitely one of my favorite topics, talking about the amazing
dining experiences available during your Disney vacation.
Here's the dish when it comes to
theme park reservations and dining. If you have a one park per day ticket, as opposed to a
park hopper ticket, you are absolutely welcome to come and go from that one park as much as you'd like. Your reservation is good for the whole day at that park, so if you want to leave to go to a resort or
Disney Springs for a dining reservation, you can go and come back later.
If your
dining reservation is in another theme park, you do need the park hopper option to go to that other park. You'll still make your theme park reservation for the park you want to begin the day at, and then after 2 PM, you can hop to a different park. Even with that option, you can still go back to your original park whenever you want.
You're going to be visiting at my favorite time of the year, Jill. The
holidays are truly a magical time to visit Walt Disney World, and I hope you take some time to enjoy the sites and sounds of the season.
