Magic Key pass holder here; I hope that you’ve had a positive experience with your Magic Key pass. I’ve enjoyed the benefits, magical extras, and being able to visit my
happy place more often throughout the year.
According to
Magic Key terms and conditions, if your pass is paused due to nonpayment, it will not cancel existing reservations for the theme parks. However, it will deny all theme park access to the pass holder until the balance due is paid. As a reminder, monthly payments for the Magic Key pass are automatic recurring charges to the payment method that was on file at the time of purchase. You can make updates or changes to the card on file, but must contact the
Magic Key pass hotline to speak with a cast member or visit a ticket booth in person at the Disneyland Resort. Unfortunately at this time, payment methods cannot be changed online in your profile.
There’s so much to look forward to for the remainder of this year. We are preparing to kick off
Halloween Time in a couple of weeks, then usher in
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort! I’m excited about both of those seasons, but I am most anticipating the opening of
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure later this year. There haven’t been any additional announcements yet on when that will open for us, but I recommend keeping tabs on the
Disney Parks Blog for those dates along with
Disneyland on Instagram!
