Unfortunately, the Merchandise Pickup and Delivery Service is not currently available at the Walt Disney World® Resort. We used this quite often when it was available so I understand the question! One of our panelists, Raquel has provided some
good alternatives including locker storage and package shipping to your home address. My family now ships our purchases home since we typically fly and do not have room in our luggage to add merchandise. Since we love to travel during the winter holidays, it's actually quite nice to ship those purchases home and to arrive back with Disney gifts to open!
On our first trip with our girls when they were 5-years old, we were so busy enjoying the attractions, characters, and resort experiences, we totally forgot to buy any merchandise. Since then, we have been more intentional about purchases and, have learned, if there is something that we see that is unique, to go ahead and purchase it in the park where we see it because we may not actually see that item again.
If you use locker rentals, these are helpful in that you can also store other items. On one of our earlier trips with the girls, we used the locker to store their princesses dresses after we had completed our royal "tour" through Cinderella's Royal Table and Princess Fairytale Hall at Magic Kingdom. The girls changed clothes and were better able to enjoy the attractions after their princess interactions. One word of caution - do not forget to pick up your items from the locker prior to leaving the park. I did that once. Luckily I remembered right after we left the park and the park was still open. We were staying at a resort with access to Walt Disney World® Monorail transportation, so I just had to hop on the monorail and get back to Magic Kingdom to get our items!

advanced dining reservations, and make sure you have double-checked your tickets to see if they require
