Heigh-Ho Juliano,
Welcome to planDisney I am happy to guide you in the right direction to resolve your curiouser and curiouser ticket inquiry. And especially one which needs to be resolved soon because since 2012 Guests must make a Disney Park Pass reservation to enter any of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Currently, you are unable to just walk up and enter a theme park without having a reservation.
Before reaching out to a Cast Member, and if you have not already done so, I recommend creating a
My Disney Experience profile. Once your ticket inquiry has been reviewed a Cast Member can link it to your My Disney Experience. Here you can make a Disney Park Pass Reservation along with many other Walt Disney World vacation planning options.
Download the mobile app for more features to be used during your Walt Disney World Vacation planning and while visiting.
While you can email your question to Guest Relations, I recommend in your case speaking to a Cast Member by calling (407) 566-4985. I think verbal communication is key here to explain your ticket inquiry. Have your Ticket ID Number accessible. Currently, Cast Members are handling a high call volume. I suggest calling at 7:00 a.m. when phone lines open and a Cast Member will happily assist.
In the meantime take a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see what parks are available for the dates you are interested in. If you have these planned out before your call, once the Cast Member has finished helping you and linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience they can then aid in your
Disney Park Pass reservation. But Hakuna Matata if you need a little more time looking, Guests can make their Disney Park Pass reservation through the My Disney Experience site or mobile app. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until you have completed your Disney Park Pass reservation so be sure to make them as soon as possible.
I hope this helps and as you continue to plan your Walt Disney World vacation feel free to reach out to us for any magical and fun inquiries you may have.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
