Hiya, Janice, and thanks for stopping by! And a great big "Welcome home!" since you're at
Walt Disney World Resort. I hope your visit is starting magically.
Complimentary Resort Transportation is an excellent tool for planning your theme park days, so let's take a look at your options for getting to Disney's Hollywood Studios.
All guest parking for Magic Kingdom Park is actually at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC). There is no bus service to
Disney's Hollywood Studios directly from the TTC, so if you park there, you have a couple of options for traveling to this theme park.
First, you could hop aboard the
monorail to
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to catch a bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Another option is to cruise on the
ferryboat to Magic Kingdom Park and use bus service from there. All theme park bus service typically begins about an hour before park opening and ends about an hour after closing.
Just so you know, once you pay for
parking at any theme park, you have the freedom to drive to any other park at no additional charge. Just hang on to your receipt! If you choose to park directly at Disney's Hollywood Studios, remember that you can take the
Disney Skyliner to EPCOT. Between you and me, the skyliner is one of my favorite Disney rides!
My final tip is to use location services in your
mobile app to get directions to any destination while you're here. Tap the pin icon at the bottom of your screen and select "Transportation" from the dropdown menu. Tap any starting point on the map and then "Get Directions" to enter your destination. You can also ask any Cast Member for transportation suggestions and tips. As my dad used to say, there's more than one way to bathe a cat!
Janice, I'm sending pixie dust and green lights so your trip is smooth sailing! Please stop by
planDisney anytime. I'll save you a seat on the skyliner!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
