Jambo, Kathryn! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy, it sounds like you have quite an adventurous day ahead of you!
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is a great place to begin your day, whether you plan on taking a safari on
Kilimanjaro Safaris or flying on a banshee on
Avatar Flight of Passage. And my favorite park is
Disney's Hollywood Studios at night, where the whole park seems to come alive in brand new ways - make sure you snap a picture in front of the
Millennium Falcon after dark!
But before we can get you into the parks, let's talk transportation! If you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can take the
bus service from your resort to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. However, if you aren't staying at a Disney Resort hotel and will be driving in, you can park in the parking lots at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. You will have to pay for parking (at the time of this writing) but you'll have easy access to the park once you arrive. Then, you can take bus service from Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park to Disney's Hollywood Studios for the second portion of your day!
As you consider how to get back to where your car is parked, you can either take a bus back to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, or use a ride-share service if you'd like to get back even quicker! In fact, you could even book a
Minnie Van, available through the Lyft app! Minnie Vans can provide comfort and convenient transportation through Disney-owned vehicles, driven by Cast Members. This will make travel at the end of a fun park day a breeze!
Kathryn, I hope you have the BEST. DAY. EVER! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon!
