Hello Vivian!
Welcome to planDisney! The
Disney Park Pass System was introduced last summer to make social distancing possible in theme parks, increasing safety for both Cast Members and Guests. As Americans feel comfortable traveling again, these Park Pass Reservations are filling quickly, so I am glad you were able to snag one for your day at
Epcot!Park Hopping can be limited by availability. Having an
Advance Dining Reservation in a second theme park will
not guarantee you admission to that second theme park. That said, to date, Park Hopping has not been an issue, and Guests have not been denied park entry due to capacity. I would always give a word of caution however, that depending on when you are going, it is always a possibility. For example, I would be cautious about trying to hop to
Magic Kingdom on the Fourth of July, or for the
Golden Anniversary of the Magic Kingdom on October 1, but generally, you will probably have good luck hopping!
Don’t forget, you must enter the park that you have a Park Pass Reservation for before you can hop to another park. Some Guests are unaware of this and simply show up at an alternate theme park after 2 PM and are denied entry. Make sure to head over and enjoy the
Taste of Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival for a bit before heading to Magic Kingdom!
Sending you pixie dust for easy park hopping, Vivian!
