Hi Yongqing,
Welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you're planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth during the
holiday season! With all of the delicious holiday snacks, beautiful decorations, captivating aromas, and seasonal experiences, all of your senses will come alive with the joy of Christmas! You're in for a TREAT!
You're correct that the
availability calendar currently shows some limited Disney Park Pass reservation availability for that week. If you'll be visiting with a
Park Hopper Option ticket, that doesn't necessarily mean that you won't be able to hop over to the other parks beginning at 2:00 PM each day, though. Reservations are only required for the
first park you plan to visit. You'll want to check the
My Disney Experience app or call (407) 560-5000 to check park-hopping availability on the day of your visit. Normally, I would say that you likely don't need to be concerned about a park reaching capacity and not allowing Guests to hop to it, but the week between Christmas and New Years Day is a popular week to visit, and capacity limitations are certainly possible.
If you have your heart set on a specific park, I'd encourage you to make your
Disney Park Pass reservation for that park. If there's not currently availability showing, I'd recommend making your reservation for a different park while wishing on a star that your preferred park will open up. Keep checking back! Guests' plans do change, and it's certainly possible that openings will become available. I'm sending pixie dust that everything will work out perfectly for you!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney, Yongqing, and please come back and see us again if you have any other questions. I hope you have a truly magical vacation this holiday season and make memories to cherish for years to come!
