Welcome to planDisney, Barb!
Great question! If you have Park Hopper tickets from October 9–13 and plan to visit
Magic Kingdom on a night when
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is happening, you’ll need to know a couple of things.
On party nights, Magic Kingdom closes to regular day guests at 6:00 pm. So even though the park officially stays open later, only guests with a party ticket will be able to stay beyond that time. Cast Members will kindly start guiding non-party guests toward the exits right around then, and you won’t be able to access any lands, attractions, or shops after that unless you have a party wristband.
The good news is, with
Park Hopper tickets, you can absolutely hop to another park, even on those party nights! So if you want to spend the morning at Magic Kingdom, then hop over to
EPCOT for dinner and fireworks, that’s totally doable, and a pretty great plan.
I’d just keep an eye on the party dates so you can plan your evenings accordingly. The vibe in the other parks is a little more relaxed during those nights, too, since many guests are over at Magic Kingdom enjoying the spooky fun!
Barb, I hope this helps with your planning. If you'd like help planning your hopper days, stop by and see us again. We'd love to help!
Toodles,
Korliss
