Heigh-Ho Julie,
Welcome to planDisney, we are hEAR to help. Questions, such as yours, intrigue me because we need to do a little more sleuthing, and that’s what I do best.
Yes, Guests with valid tickets purchased prior to 2005, will need to see a Guest Relations Cast Member at the Main Entrance of the
Walt Disney World theme park you will be entering for the day. But the dilemma is how do you make a Disney Park Pass reservation if you are unable to link them to your
My Disney Experience profile? Curioser and Curioser, indeed?? Well, after speaking to Marshall, a Guest Relations Cast Member, he informed me, “
The Guest would need to call. We can look up the tickets to make sure they are still valid and then see if they will link. If they do not link, they would have to visit Guest Relations at the parks, BUT we could help them with Disney Park Pass reservations prior.” Guests with existing tickets should call (407) 566-4985, for assistance.
Mystery solved! I hope this helps Julie and you can start filling your itinerary with your Must-See, Must-Eat, Must-Ride and Must-Buy adventures. May your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments. In the meantime, stay up to date by following the
Disney Parks Blog and check out the
