Hi there, Breanna!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for coming by with your question! I see that you're wanting to plan a visit to the Disneyland Resort and have purchased yourself a
Park Hopper Ticket. That's great because you'll have the freedom to Park Hop from Disneyland Park to Disney California Adventure or vice versa beginning at 11 a.m.! I think my record is five Park Hops in one day!
The expiration date of your ticket will depend on when you purchased the ticket, but they generally have fairly long shelf lives. For instance, if you were to purchase a Park Hopper ticket now, a single day ticket wouldn't expire until December 30, 2024 and a multi-day ticket wouldn't expire until January 12, 2025.
To check the expiration date of your current ticket, you can try checking the
Disneyland Mobile App under "Tickets and Passes" within the "☰" Features Menu. If it's not displayed underneath the bar code of your ticket, then you'll have to find the original Disneyland Confirmation email which you received when you purchased your tickets. In that email, click on "Access Your eTickets" and then you'll need to hit "Print E-Tickets" to get them to display on screen and you'll be able to see your expiration date.
You can also contact a Cast Member via the Chat feature in the Mobile App and the
Disneyland website, or call
Ticket Guest Services directly. Either way, a Cast Member will be able to look up your ticket and tell you when it expires. If it has already expired, you can still apply the cost of a wholly unused, expired ticket towards the purchase price of a new ticket of equal or higher value per the
terms and conditions.
I certainly hope that you'll be able to use that Park Hopper to visit the Happiest Place on Earth soon, Breanna! The
Disney100 Celebration is going on all year and the
Halloween Season will be here before you can sing "This is Halloween!"
If there is anything else that we can do for you, please feel free to reach out again anytime. You're always welcome here at planDisney!
Have a Magical Day!
