Hi Toni,
Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so grateful that you trust us for your Disney planning advice because we love to give it!
Disney's BoardWalk is one of my favorite spaces at Walt Disney World Resort. I love the
food and drinks,
the ice cream, the view from the chairs overlooking Crescent Lake, the sounds of the FriendShip horns, the shops...all of it! We always say that it feels like we are on vacation once we have been to this special area. I totally understand why you would like to check it out!
Unfortunately, parking at
Disney's BoardWalk Inn is exclusively for Guests of the Resort hotel, Guests who have an Advance Dining Reservation at one of the BoardWalk restaurants, or visitors to the convention center.
If you would like to enjoy a delicious meal at
Flying Fish or
Trattoria Al Forno, you could schedule an
Advance Dining Reservation, show the confirmation to the Greeter at the Guest Cottage at Disney's BoardWalk Inn, park, feast, and take a casual stroll around the BoardWalk before returning to your vehicle. Otherwise, I would plan to leave my vehicle at my
Disney Resort hotel, and then either use a rideshare service like
Minnie Van from Lyft or the official Disney bus transportation to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Then, instead of entering the theme park, follow the path to the right, just in front of the entrance to the
Disney Skyliner, for the 10-15 minute walk along the river to Disney's BoardWalk.
I hope that helps, Toni. If you ever need anything else, please let my planDisney pals and I know. We are here for you.
Adventure is out there,
Sally
