What park has the best thrill rides?

The answer to this depend on how you define "thrill rides." For me, it's thrilling to watch my girls singing along on the Small World ride :-)

I'm making a joke, of course. WDW does have plenty of thrilling, chilling, motion sickness including, twisty, turny, speedy fast rides. But that's not the main focus of the WDW theme parks, as it might be with some amusement parks. Walt Disney's vision was to create a place where the entire family could spend the day together. So, the thrill rides are there, but because those rides often include safety-related height restrictions (and thus are somewhat exclusionary), they're not really concentrated in any one place. Here's where you'll find the biggest thrills at WDW:

    Animal Kingdom:
    - Expedition Everest. Disney's newest coaster. There's a crazy, backwards ride and a Yeti that wants to eat you.

    Disney's Hollywood Studios:
    - Tower of Terror. A computer generates a random number of drops down a 13-story elevator shaft, so every ride is different.
    - Rock 'n Roller Coaster with Aerosmith. You're spinning and you're upside down. 'Nuff said.

    Epcot:
    - Mission Space. All the G Forces of a real space launch. It comes with air sickness bags.

    Magic Kingdom:
    - Space Mountain. Not as fast as some coasters, but the it's-all-in-the-dark factor really adds to the excitement.
    - Big Thunder Mountain. A classic.
    - Splash Mountain. So tame, except for that drop at the end.

There are many other great rides with lots of action that are fun for the daredevils, but other members of the family might like as well. These are Kali River Rapids, Dinosaur, and Kilimanjaro Safari at the Animal Kingdom; Test Track and Soarin' at Epcot; and Star Tours at DHS. Also, there are some amazing thrills that can be found at the water parks. Crushin' Gusher at Typhoon Lagoon is a water slide and a roller coaster in one. How cool is that!

I hope you have some great adventures during your trip!
