    My parents will be traveling with us to Disney World next year. They are Florida residents. Can they purchase tickets and reserve hotel rooms for all of us so that we can take advantage of the extra savings given to Florida residents?

    Not 100%, but they might be able to help you out a bit. 

    They can reserve one room per Florida resident, so they can help out with the price of one extra room, if you need two or more rooms.

    Unfortunately they can only get ticket discount for themselves, as proof of Florida residency is required. The tickets will be linked to a biometric finger scan, so they can't be transferred to a non-resident.
