    My parents want to take my soon-to-be husband and I on a family vacation/ honeymoon this summer. Where would be the best place to stay so that my soon-to-be husband and I get some privacy, while still feeling like we're vacationing with the family?

    Darah,

    Here are two suggestions;

    Deluxe Resort: BoardWalk Inn
    Moderate Resort: Port Orleans - French Quarter

    I picked these because each provides you a nearby nightlife area that you can "escape" to in the evening to get away from all that family togetherness.

    The BoardWalk Inn (or Beach Club or Yacht Club, for that matter) is right next to not only the BoardWalk, but also just a quick walk away from the Epcot World Showcase. You have a wide array of table service restaurants for a nice romantic evening, and lots of areas for evening walks.

    Port Orleans is a boat ride away from Downtown Disney. Here it is more about shopping, but you have several great restaurants there too, as well as Cirque du Soleil.

    Value resorts are all pretty much the same in this regard, so there is no advantage to one over the other there.

    I hope that this helps? Feel free to send along any follow-up questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
