Welcome back to planDisney, Lori! I see that my planDisney
panelist friend Jonathan has given you some great tips on when to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort for your group, so let me provide some cost-saving tips as well!
Group rates are available when booking ten or more rooms, but in your particular situation, I would suggest watching for any
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts being offered that could be applied to your upcoming vacation. As these offerings constantly change, it is a great idea to check before booking. For example, currently, there is a room savings offer of up to 30% when staying five nights or longer in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. There are also two different
Theme Park Ticket deals. While these may not apply to your visit's timeframe, something similar may be available as you get closer to visiting The Most Magical Place On Earth.
If you are still researching which Disney Resorts Collection hotel to choose for your family, I would consider booking the Family Suites at
Disney’s All-Star Music Resort and
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. I recently toured the Lion King-themed Family Suite at Art of Animation and was blown away by the size of the bedroom, living room, two bathrooms, and kitchenette! Another option for large groups or families is the 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom villas in the various
Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts. These accommodations include separate sleeping and living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-room laundry. I am personally a fan of
The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, but I am excited to be checking out
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa with my planDisney family this upcoming November!
I hope this information helps you with your Disney vacation planning, Lori. If you have any questions or would like more suggestions on special
Enchanting Extras to book during your stay, please visit us again!
See you real soon!
