My parents have decided to join us on Dream 4 day to Bahamas. My mother does not use wheelchair but is very limited on her walking tolerance. Does Castaway Cay have wheelchairs? We want her to be able to see grandkids play and join in with us.

Welcome aboard, Kimberly! My family loves to have the grandparents join us for Disney Cruises, and have enjoyed a few multi-generational cruises, ourselves. The kids really enjoy having them around and of course, the grandparents get such joy from not only the kids experiences on the ship, but their own adult experiences as well! Your family is sure to make some great memories!

The ship has a limited number of wheelchairs available, so if you find once onboard that your mother may benefit from using one occasionally, stop by Guest Services. On Castaway Cay, there are even sand wheelchairs available, making it much easier to push a wheelchair around the island and into the sand. There are a limited number available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you think you might need one, be sure to head off the ship early. These are available in two spots on the island, near the tram stops where you'll also find complimentary strollers and wagons, also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

I hope that helps as you continue to plan, Kimberly! Don't hesitate to stop back with any further questions before you set sail. I'm happy to help!
