Is there a parent swap option on the rides where the Mom can ride with one child while Dad watches the other, then after Moms ride is done Dad goes right back on with the child Mom rode with?

Hi Bernard! Thanks for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I actually just had the opportunity to use Disney’s Rider Switch program for the first time last year and it was so convenient! In short, the answer to your question is yes!

To utilize Rider Switch, approach the greeting Cast Member with your entire party. At least one adult member of your party and the Guests who are not riding will be issued a Ride Switch entitlement by the Cast Member and asked to wait in a designated area. Using your example, once your wife finishes the ride with one of your kiddos, you will then be able to take that same child on the ride without having to wait in the regular queue. It’s as simple as that!

Keep in mind that not every attraction offers the Rider Switch program, so you’ll want to check out this helpful list to help plan your vacation.

If you have any other questions, please let us know. Have a magical day and be sure to tell Mickey I said hello!
