Hi, Robert! I'm so glad you contacted the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!
Disney's Minnie Van Service is a practically perfect mode of transportation. Not only is it efficient, but it's also super stylish. Where else can you ride around town in a red and white polka-dotted vehicle?!
I have used this service several times myself, including once this week! During my ride, I was able to go straight to the source, and I had a friendly chat with my driver about accessible Minnie Vans. She said the accessible vehicles can accommodate guests with standard wheelchairs, motorized vehicles, and electric conveyance vehicles (scooters); however, an additional wait time may occur. To arrange for this service, you'll need to call a Minnie Van Service Specialist at (407) 828-3500 an hour ahead of time.
Each accessible Minnie Van seats up to six guests and comes equipped with two forward-facing car seats, if needed. I also appreciate that they have cell phone chargers, along with charging cords! Typically, guests are charged through the Lyft app, but since you'll be arranging your ride over the phone, your driver will scan your
MagicBand when you get to your destination, and the charge will be added to your
Walt Disney World Resort hotel folio. Prices will vary based on distance traveled from the pick-up location to your requested destination within Walt Disney World Resort.
I hope this helps, Robert! If there's anything else you need before your trip, remember we're all EARs!
