What paperwork to bring nephew on cruise and how to book 4 rooms close together?

Ahoy there, Lauren, and welcome to planDisney! It's wonderful to have you on board with us as you prepare for your upcoming voyage with the Disney Cruise Line.

It sounds like you are one amazing aunt to be bringing your nephew aboard to sail with Captains Mickey and Minnie. With a wide variety of entertainment options for children, tweens,  teens, and adults there is plenty of magic for everyone onboard. I especially love all of the activities geared towards families and hope that you do too!

In order for a minor to travel without their legal parent or guardian, it's required that a parent or guardian fill out the Authorization for Minor to Travel Without a Parent or Legal Guardian Form and bring it with you as you board your Disney Cruise.

It sounds like you and your nephew are traveling with a large sailing crew! A Disney Cruise is such an ideal vacation for a big group. There are plenty of opportunities to have everyone find activities that they love to enjoy either together or separately, and then the whole group can join together at mealtimes.

When I travel with a larger group, I generally prefer to use a travel agent to help me with the booking or reach out to speak with a Disney Cruise Vacation Specialist directly. If you'd prefer to manage the reservation on your own, you may book up to four staterooms for your sailing through the online booking platform. As part of the booking process, you will just need to view which staterooms are available for your desired itinerary and choose the locations that you think will suit your travel party the best.

If everyone in your sailing group is booking their reservation on their own, be sure to link the reservations together so that you can make plans as a group and be seated together for your dinner seating. And Lauren, please don't fret if your party doesn't end up being able to book staterooms all in a row together. While it is nice to be located near one another, I have found that so much is time spent outside of the staterooms and out and about on the ship, that the locations of our staterooms were a bit of an afterthought.

I hope that you and your sailing crew make some wonderful memories together with the Disney Cruise Line. Please visit us at planDisney again if you have more questions as your sailing draws near! We'd love to be of assistance.

    Happy Planning,

    Adrianna
