Hi DonUlecia!
It sounds like you have some pretty amazing dining choices in mind for your trip! As Winnie the Pooh would say, my "tummy is rumbly" just reading your list.
Most table-service restaurants accept reservations up to 180 days before your visit, so I'd recommend having all your choices lined up ahead of time so that you can
go online or call (407) WDW-DINE (939-3469) on that date. The earlier you can make your reservations, the better your chances of getting exactly the locations and times you want for your vacation. If you're staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you'll also be able to make reservations for up to 10 days of your stay starting at that 180 day mark, which is a great perk.
When you're ready to make your reservations, be sure to have a credit card handy since this is now required as a guarantee. A few spots (including Cinderella's Royal Table and Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party) require advance payment in full. If you change your mind on any of these plans, just cancel within the time window and there's no charge to you. I also wanted to mention that you might have to wait just a bit past that 180 day mark for a couple of these locations. The
Candlelight Processional Dinner Package information is usually released mid-summer, and the
Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party reservation dates aren't always available a full 180 days out. Just keep an eye on those two pages for information as it's available.
I hope that helps with your vacation planning, and happy dining to you! Please let us know if you have any other questions as you make your plans.
Beth
