Hi Susan!
Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My family ate at
Chef Mickey's on our last visit and I honestly think it was my little ones favorite part of the entire trip!
You are correct that you are going to want to utilize
monorail transportation to get you from point A to point B, but there will be a few stops along the way! From
Epcot, you'll want to take the monorail over to the Transportation & Ticket Center. From here you'll get off the monorail you are on and transfer over to the Resort Monorail. Once you are on this, you'll make a stop at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa,
Magic Kingdom, with a final destination of Disney's Contemporary Resort. I'd give yourself roughly an hour to complete your journey. To get you back to Disney's Port Orleans Resort- Riverside after dinner, I'd recommend making the quick walk back to Magic Kingdom and hoping on a bus from here!
I hope y'all have a magical time! Please let us know if you have any other questions before your visit.
