Hi Matthew from CT. Welcome to planDisney. Fun fact: I
was Matthew from CT for over 15 years and now I'm Matthew from NJ! So when I saw your name and location, I just HAD to answer your question!
I love the transportation options for Guests staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel to the theme parks and to
Disney Springs. I sometimes consider them attractions in and of themselves. My new favorite? The
Disney Skyliner. Yes, it's the "new kid on the block" as it's the newest offering, but there is just something about soaring over the resort that is such a fun experience!
Each
bus can usually accommodate up to 2 ECVs at a time. When it comes to the
boats from Disney's Old Key West Resort to Disney Springs, they can also usually accommodate up to 2 ECVs at a time. However, this depends on the size of the ECV and the water conditions. There is usually a Cast Member stationed on the dock even when there isn't a boat present and you can always ask them to confirm before waiting too long for the next boat!
I'm so excited about your stay at
Disney's Old Key West Resort. I just stayed there for the first time this past August and it is such a relaxing, beautiful resort. I love water slides and let me tell you...the waterslide at the
Sandcastle Pool goes faster than you might think! And did you know that
Olivia's Cafe usually offers
brunch every day of the week? Plus, you can always get a refreshing drink and some
Barbecued Pulled Pork Nachos at the
Gurgling Suitcase.
Matthew, there's nothing like a large family vacation at the
Walt Disney World Resort. Enjoy your time and
reach out again if you have any other questions!
Just keep swimming,
Matt
