Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rebecca!
There are so many variables when it comes to Walt Disney World Resort vacations, it would be impossible for me to give you a definitive cost. The ultimate cost of your vacation will depend upon how long and
where you plan to stay, what type of
tickets you will purchase, what time of year you will be visiting, how you prefer to dine, and whether you would like to experience any
"extras" during your vacation. A Walt Disney World Resort vacation can be as budget-friendly as you need or as extravagant as you wish.
To give yourself an idea of cost, I would take a look at the
interactive ticket calendar. Ticket prices do vary by date. One thing to note is that longer tickets have a lower per-day cost than shorter tickets. For example, a 6-day theme park ticket does not cost twice as much as a 3-day ticket. Also, tickets are priced for children ages 3 to 9 and for Guests ages 10 and up. Children under age 3 do not need admission tickets.
I also recommend browsing the over 25
Disney Resort Hotels to get an idea of the price ranges. You may purchase your room and tickets separately, or you may "bundle" the components of your trip into a
Vacation Package that may also include a
Disney Dining Plan. You can price out a sample package online without completing the purchase process, or for extra help
contact a Disney Expert at (407) WDISNEY.
Keep your eye on the
Special Offers page for possible discounts on tickets, Disney Resort Hotel stays and/or Disney Vacation Packages. Generally, discounts are released about 4 to 6 months in advance.
Rebecca, the Moms Panel will be happy to help you with any other questions you may have about
planning your trip, so please feel free to visit us again as often as you like.
Happy planning!
Anne Marie
