Hi panel! We are visiting Disney for the first time in a few weeks, with our 2 1/2 yr old girl and 4 yr old boy. We will be at the parks for 4 days. What would you would suggest for the amount of time budgeted for each park? HELP!

    Hi there Mary!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We're glad you're here!  Congratulations on your first Walt Disney World vacation! I know you must be getting super excited as your trip to the "Most Magical Place on Earth" is right around the corner!

Based on the ages of your children, I recommend spending two days at Magic Kingdom Park since there are so many attractions and shows geared toward little ones at this iconic park. I would also suggest one day at Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. If you will have the Park Hopper Option added to your Magic Your Way Tickets, consider spending one morning at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park followed by Epcot in the late afternoon and evening. My family traditionally spends approximately five hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and then we like to "park hop" to another park that will be open later. I would also advise going back to the resort for a midday break or nap with little ones. I have always found that when my children get an afternoon nap that they are able to thoroughly enjoy the exciting nighttime activities in the park.
