Hi panel. Traveling to WDW in April with 4yr old. We arrive at 4:00PM. We're staying at All Star music resort. Any suggestions on what we can do on our 1st day there? Don't want to waste money on Disney ticket for only half a day!

    Hi Jennifer!

How exciting to be planning a Walt Disney World vacation for this April!  This is a great question. I recommend visiting the Downtown Disney area on your arrival day. There is no entry fee to visit the Downtown Disney area, which boasts diverse dining locations, shopping and exciting entertainment options for Guests of all ages. Consider booking an Advanced Dining Reservation at T-REX or Rainforest Cafe for a fun, themed dining experience. I also suggest visiting The LEGO Store and World of Disney. Another option is to head to Disney's BoardWalk, which features unique dining locations and fun entertainment. My family loves to stroll along Disney's BoardWalk at night to watch the entertaining street performers, renting a Surrey bike and taking in the sights and sounds of the Epcot Resort Area.

I hope this information is helpful. Please don't hesitate to stop by again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Jennifer!

    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
