Hi Panel! Staying at Wilderness Lodge in July. Do you know if there is a way to print out boarding passes for departure flights? Our airline charges to print at airport and we want to avoid that extra charge and print at the hotel. Flying from Sanford.

    Hi Catherine,

Your vacation is almost here and I bet the excitement is at a fever pitch in your home.  I'm always amazed at what the airlines charge for services they used to provide for free.  It's a sign of the times and not much can be done about it.

Since you are not departing from Orlando airport, the complimentary resort airline check-in service will not be available to you.  The resort Concierge may be able to print your passes or you may visit an on site Business Center and obtain computer access and request to print from the desktop unit.  A charge may apply so be sure to inquire when you're there.

I'm glad that we could ease your mind on one of the final details of your trip.  Have a magical vacation!
