    Hi Panel! Reserved villa thru DVC. Do I call resort directly for special request (bed rails) or do I contact DVC member services? Is there a separate check in spot for DVC rooms, or is it the same for all guests (AKV)? Thanks for all your help!

    Welcome home!

    As a DVC member, I would call the member services number and have them list any room requests on your reservation. I am a member, and when I make my reservation, I list any needs I have on the reservation.

    There is no separate check-in location for DVC guests. However, when you check-in you will receive additional information such as your Welcome Home package and your portable perks book. This book has a list of all the discounts you can take advantage of as a member of DVC. So remember your member card.

    I like to use my room key to charge all of my goodies. On the key is my DVC number, which makes it easy to receive those perks without having to carry any extras while touring the parks.
