Hi Panel, Should reservations be made for Keys to the Kingdom tour, how far in advance & can they be made online?...leaving in 2 weeks! Thanks for all your input, you help so many.

Reservations should be made for all tours at WDW. Currently reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance and beginning on October 27, they can be made up to 180 days in advance. Many of the Disney tours are quite popular, so the earlier you reserve, the more likely you are to get the tour that you want.

At this time, tour reservations cannot be made online. To make reservations and to get complete pricing and other information, you should call 407-WDW-TOUR.

I took the Keys to the Kingdom tour this summer. This was a wonderful opportunity to see backstage areas of the park and hear some insider stories about the development and history of the Magic Kingdom. My husband, who had never been backstage before, was particularly impressed with the inner workings of the park.

On the tour, we got to see the waterworks behind Splash Mountain, parade staging areas, and the underground "utilidors." We also got to ride on the Jungle Cruise with special tour narration describing the history of the ride. Absolutely priceless!

I have also taken the Backstage Magic tour that not only goes behind the scenes at the Magic Kingdom, but also at Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and some centralized areas. This is an incredible treat for any Disney parks buff.

For me, both tours were well worth the investment in time and money.
