This panel has been really helpful thanks:) Just wondering if we went the option of 2 rooms instead of a villa etc (party of 6) can we request rooms next to each other & will they do this? kids13,12,11 & 8 but we are happy to split so 1 adult per r

    Hi Natasha,

There are connecting rooms at all of Disney's resort hotels. You are welcome to make a request to be placed in this type of room. Be sure to ask for CONNECTING rooms, which have an internal door between them, as opposed to adjoining rooms, which are simply next to each other.

While requests are not guaranteed, Disney does make every reasonable effort to accommodate families. There are two things you should do to make sure your request gets attention. First, make the request as soon as you make your reservation. You can do this online when making your actual reservation or over the phone at 407-WDW-MAGIC. Second, follow up with your resort a few days prior to your arrival. My friend Bret does a great job of describing how to make a room request.

Good luck with your planning. Please let me know if you need any additional help.
