    Hello Panel ! My question is, when making purchases can we have these items shipped directly to our home for free from Disney? We're arriving in May and can hardly wait, this is our first family vacation with our 5 & 6 year old girls. Thanks!

    When you purchase items in the gift shops in the Disney theme parks, you can have the sent for free from the park to your Disney hotel room, so that you don't have to carry them around the park with you all day. Your Disney resort will also be able help you ship purchases (or other items) from your hotel to your home. However, this is not a free service. You will be charged standard shipping rates from UPS or FedEx. Additionally, the resort may charge you for a box or other packing materials as well. Even with the charge, shipping items home may be your most cost effective method of transporting them.
