    Hi panel! I purchased annual passes for me and my family. I haven't redeemed my pass yet, I'm trying to customize my magic bands but I don't see the option in my Disney experience app. I have to redeem my pass first in order to customize my magic bands?

    Hi Giselle!

    Welcome back!  You are absolutely correct, once you activate your Annual Passes at the theme parks and use them for the first time, a link will appear in your My Disney Experience account that will allow you to customize your new Annual Pass MagicBands.   I redeemed my Annual Pass voucher at the theme parks last November and just used a MagicBand from a past trip until I was able to go home and customize my new MagicBand.   It came in the mail shortly after I customized it.
