    Hello Moms Panel! We just ordered some physical copies of our Photopass photos from our Magical trip last Wednesday. I was wondering if there are any ways I can track or see the status of that order as we have not heard from Disney yet.

    Hi, Karen! I think some of the best souven-EARS from a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort are the pictures! It is the goal of every Disney PhotoPass Photographer to make your stay "picture perfect." I love the magical extras that sometimes show up in your photos; Magic Shots offer a little bit of pixie dust to make your memories even more special.

    I also ordered a few prints from PhotoPass recently. In my email, I received an Order Confirmation Number, but there was no link to check the status. When I called Disney's PhotoPass at (407) 560-4300 (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST), the Cast Member informed me that the only way to check the status of your order is to call their supplier, EZ Prints, at (877) 651-4321. In most cases, it takes 5-7 business days, but it can take up to 14 business days to receive your order.
