    HI panel! Is the McDonald's in Downtown Disney very overpriced? What is the costs of a Big Mac combo? Kid's meal? Thanks.

    Hi, Belinda!  The meals at the McDonald's in Downtown Disney are priced a little bit higher than they are here where I live in Southern New Jersey, but they are in line with the prices at some of the big city restaurants, like in New York and Center City Philadelphia.

    Expect to pay about $6.50 for a Big Mac combo meal, and about $4.50 for a Chicken McNugget Happy Meal.  That's about $1 more than I pay locally.

    If you are going to get your Big Mac cravings satisfied at the Downtown Disney location, you'll have to do it prior to April 30th.  That location will be closing to make way for a brand new quick service dining experience.  Pollo Campero, a Latin flavored chicken restaurant, will be coming soon to Downtown Disney.  My kids are thrilled - they make me take them to visit my sister in Virginia just for the yuca fries at Pollo Campero (and my sister thinks she's their favorite relative!).
