Hi Mom's panel. I'm interested in what shops and restaurants accept and honor an AARP card. Also at buffet locations how does ddp work is it all you can eat or one trip only.

    Hi Cathy,
I did some research and it looks as though you can get an AARP discount on theme park tickets (offered via the AARP website, (discounts.aarp.org/offer/disney/deal/132904) (copy and paste the previous link into your web browser), but no store or restaurant discounts within the Walt Disney World Resort. I have seen a 10% discount offered at the Rainforest Cafe restaurant, but I would suggest asking your server or a manager prior to seating, as this many not be offered at all restaurant locations.

At buffet locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, you are welcome to have all you care to eat! Fill up on delicious Mickey waffles at breakfast and all the incredible desserts that your heart and stomach can hold! I absolutely love Disney buffets and think you will thoroughly enjoy the variety offered across all the buffet restaurants the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer.

Cathy, I really hope you enjoy your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
