    Hi Mom's Panel! My husband & I are celebrating our 1st anniv back in WDW in Jan! We honeymooned at PORR and staying there again. We want to go to CA Grill on our anniv night, is there a certain spot we should ask for to make it more special? Thanks!!

    Hi Allison,  Congratulations on your upcoming first Anniversary and your return trip to Walt Disney World!  I cannot think of a better place to celebrate a "First Anniversary!"  After all, it is the "Happiest Place on Earth!"  California Grill is an excellent choice for your anniversary celebration. California Grill is one of my favorite dining locations at Walt Disney World and serves fabulous food in a spectacular setting. I would recommend asking the hostess on arrival for a table that offers views of the Magic Kingdom or the beautiful Seven Seas Lagoon. That section of the restaurant facing the Magic Kingdom and Seven Seas Lagoon offers the most romantic views in my opinion. To be honest, there is not really a bad seat in the restaurant, but we have been seated near the open grill before and I did not think it was quite as romantic. Unfortunately, they cannot guarantee a certain table for you, but if you are willing to wait a bit then they will do their best to accommodate your request.
