Hi Mom's panel... U guys ROCK!!! O.k I can not find anywhere to see if there is a Character Dining with some of the Jungle Book members?? My daughter just loves the Jungle Book! Also is it hard to get from the POFQ to the GF to eat at the 1800 Fare Park?

Here are the bare necessities of what you need to know...

There is currently no character meal that features Jungle Book characters. But Jungle Book characters often do make appearances in the parks. I see Baloo and King Louie almost every time I visit Disney World. The last time I was there I saw them at both the Magic Kingdom and the Animal Kingdom. To find out where they will be during your trip, stop by the guest relations office at any of the theme parks. Ask them to call the "character hotline" for you. They will be able to tell you exactly where and when any specific character will be appearing during the time of your visit. I feel confident that your daughter will be able to get some Jungle Book love from her favorites.

As for your other question ... It is not difficult to get from Port Orleans to the Grand Floridan. From Port Orleans, I would get on a bus headed to the Magic Kingdom. From there you should transfer to the resort line monorail which will take you right to the Floridian. 1900 Park Fare is lots of fun and the Grand Floridian is a beautiful resort with many cute shops to explore before or after your meal.

Hope you have a great trip!
