Hi, Sarah!  There are a few places I like to go for Sunday morning brunch when I'm at Walt Disney World.  One of my favorites is the Kona Cafe at the Polynesian resort.  You can grab a late breakfast reservation here and enjoy a brunch favorite of steak and eggs, or one of the Kona's unique offerings such as pineapple macadamia nut pancakes or Tonga toast.  If you're really hungry, you can tackle the Big Kahuna, which is an offering of some of the restaurants breakfast favorites.

Another wonderful breakfast (again, just make the later breakfast reservations for more of a brunch meal) is at the Grand Floridian Cafe.  You'll find one of my favorite breakfast indulgences here - the lobster eggs benedict!  I call it the TRUE breakfast of champions!

For a real brunch experience, you might want to head to Downtown Disney for the House of Blues Gospel Brunch.  This is a true brunch, with both breakfast and lunch items available on a substantial buffet.  You'll find homey breakfast favorites like cheese grits and biscuits and gravy, along with lunch offerings like BBQ chicken and jambalaya.  The brunch entertainment is gospel music in it's purest form.  That's some good Sunday morning entertainment!

It sounds like you are well on your way to a fabulous vacation!  I hope you have a wonderful time!
