    Hi Lisa,

What a great Mother's Day gift, a trip to Disney World. The best place to check for park hours for your specific travel dates is at the Disney World website. However I can tell you that during our many trips to Animal Kingdom, the park opens typically between 8:00 and 9:00am and closes between 5:00 to 6:00pm. Extra Magic hours would extend these times by an hour in the morning and up to three hours in the evening. The last breakfast time for Donald's Breakfasorous at Tusker House is around 10:30am. This is of course subject to change and should be confirmed by calling 407-WDW-DINE or 407-939-3463 when you are ready to book your reservation.

We just ate at the T-Rex restaraunt in October when it opened. The food is good (nachos are delicious) but the atmosphere is what makes the place a must see. The dinosaurs are amazing and the details in the restaraunt are incredible. Depending on where you are starting from, you will be able to catch a Disney bus from the resorts and most parks directly to the Downtown Disney area. Downtown Disney is open until at least 11pm and therefore you will find the buses to this area run a great deal later than most of the park buses. You should have no problems using the Disney transportation system to get back and forth from T-Rex to your Disney resort.

Hope you have a magical trip and a very Happy Mother's Day!
