Hi panel! First time visitors coming soon-can't wait!! my DS5 has a peanut allergy and LOVES ice-cream, can you tell me where we could get peanut free ice cream? We have DDP, any other peanut free snack suggestions? Thanks so much!

    Hi Stacey,

Congrats on first time visitors! I too have a child with an allergy and Disney does a great job accommodating her dietary needs.

I recommend you review the Special Dietary Requests page and email the cast members at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com at least 14 days in advance. This team will have the latest information on where to find peanut free ice cream as well as other snacks. You will find fresh fruit and vegetables for snacks in many places throughout Walt Disney World. You can also bring your own snacks into the park as well.

Remember to list your special dining needs when you are making your Advance Dining Reservations. This will alert the server that the chef needs to chat with you about your dining options. At counter service restaurants, you can ask for a list of ingredients from a cast member as well.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
