Hello Panel - you are all fantastic!! Going to POFQ in Oct/13 (1st trip to Disney). Would it be easier/cheaper to buy breakfast foods from their gift shop/food court OR from garden grocer? Looking for cases of water, yogurt, fruits, granola bars etc.

    Hi Angela!

Yes! Grabbing a quick breakfast in your room is a great way to make your budget go a little further! Garden grocer items will most likely be your most economical way to go, but even a smaller breakfast at your resort food court can be a help financially. Buying water by the case from either Garden Grocer or by taking a quick taxi ride to a nearby store is a huge help for saving money too.

Stores like Walmart or Amazon can also deliver non-perishable items to the resort. You'll want to ship them directly to the resort with your name and resort check in date as part of the address label. Time your order to arrive a day or two before you do, and you'll be all set.

PS. Great choice of a resort too! Port Orleans French Quarter is one of my favorites. Make sure you do get to have beignets for breakfast at the food court at least once on your trip! YUM!
