Hi Valerie!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Early morning Advance Dining Reservations are a great way to start a day in the theme parks. I especially recommend this at the Magic Kingdom as you are doing. This is a great way to get a family photo on Main Street U.S.A. without the crowds you will find later in the day. You’ll also be in the park, happy, fed and ready for a full day of touring.
Bus service for Guests with early morning Advance Dining Reservations at the Magic Kingdom begin at 6:30 a.m. daily. I would recommend leaving yourself plenty of travel time. I always recommend at least one full hour, and to be comfortable I usually leave myself closer to an hour and 15 minutes. This allows you time to wait for the bus arrival, actual travel to the theme park, and time to get from the bus stop into the theme park and to the Crystal Palace. Once you arrive at the Magic Kingdom, you’ll want to look for the special entrance for Guests with early morning Advance Dining Reservations. On my last visit, they were having these Guests enter on the far left side. There should be a sign and usually a friendly Cast Member there to direct you.
Enjoy your breakfast at the
Crystal Palace with Pooh & Friends from the Hundred-Acre Wood. If you are prone to a little “rumbly in the tumbly” as Pooh is, you’re sure to find plenty of delectable items to fill up on. Be sure to be camera ready and bring your autograph books as this is one of my favorite places for character interaction. Tigger is always a favorite. Watch out though, he can get mischievous!
Have a Disney Day!
