    Hi panel, I see that Disney added MANY restaurants to the 2012 dining plan. Any experience with Portobello; Rainforest Cafe, T-Rex Cafe. Is House of Blues geared more towards adults ? I have 2 tween girls. Love the panel and all the great tips !!

    Thank you so much for the compliment on the WDW Moms Panel! I'm so excited to be on the panel and help you plan your vacation to the most magical place on earth!

    I'm also ecstatic that so many restaurants have been added to the 2012 Disney Dining Plan (DDP)! I was fortunate enough to try many of the wonderful restaurants in Downtown Disney when I visited in December and I have to say, you are in for a real treat!

    My kids love the Rainforest Cafe and T-Rex. Both of those have a fun atmosphere that is as good as the food. Younger children particular enjoy the dinosaurs and Build-a-Dino store at T-Rex and the rain storms and sounds of animals at Rainforest Cafe The food is also excellent, I love the chocolate extinction dessert.

    Given that you have tweens, you may want to try out House of Blues or Paridiso 37. The sliders and pulled pork at House of Blues are excellent! There is also live entertainment and a Live Gospel Brunch.

    Paridiso 37 is my favorite restaurant in Downtown Disney and the food is incredible! The cheesy corn on the cob and ribs are excellent. I think that your entire family will love this brand new spot. 

    I haven't tried Portobello, but it looks excellent!
