    Hi Panel! Couple of questions about After Hours at MK. Is a park ticket required in addition to the cost of the event? Also, do you know when May '20 dates will be released? Thanks So Much! ~Amy

    Hello there, Amy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for reaching back out and allowing us to help you plan another visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

    Walt Disney World Resort is dedicated to constantly elevating the Guest experience and maximizing the magic of each visit! One way they do this is by adding Special Events and additional offerings that offer unique perspectives of the already beloved theme parks. One of my favorite event series, Disney After Hours, is the perfect example of how these events can add even more pixie dust to your vacation!

    Disney After Hours invites Guests into either the Magic Kingdom or Disney's Animal Kingdom after standard operating hours for a three-hour exclusive event! Guests will have the opportunity to experience popular attractions and Disney Character interactions with little-to-no wait times due to the limited number of tickets sold to this event. In addition, Guests also receive unlimited popcorn, ice cream, and select bottled beverages included in the cost of admission! So, be sure to attend Disney After Hours prepared to snack!

    Guests that have purchased a ticket to Disney After Hours do not have to have a park ticket to be admitted to the specific park they are visiting. In fact, you can actually enter the park at 7:00 pm on the evening of the event with just your Disney After Hours ticket!

    Also, event dates for May 2020 have not yet been released so I would recommend keeping an eye on the Walt Disney World Resort web page for any updates!
