Hi panel! Coming to DW 11/10-11/15. On the day (11th)we go to MK, we also have ADR at Cal.Grill for 7:20pm(time for fireworks). ? is about dress code-staying at CSR and wondering how much time to est. leaving park, go to hotel to change and back in time?

    Hi Pamela,

I just hung up the phone from booking a reservation at California Grill for our December vacation. I can't wait!

The dress code at California Grill is considered casual but this includes a large range of the clothes most families wear on vacation: dress shorts, slacks or jeans, collared shirts, blouses and just recently added t-shirts. Bathing suits, coverups, tank tops, torn clothing and slip flops are not allowed. The restaraunt is beautiful and quite nice so I think you will find most guests dress slightly nicer than the clothes they would wear to the park.

I like to allow at least forty five minutes to an hour travel time from my current location to where I am headed. Although the time is typically less, this allows for an unforseen changes or problems. If you are planning on leaving a park, heading to Coronado Springs, changing and heading over to California Grill, I would allow around three hours. This should give you plenty of time to ride the bus back from the park, shower and change, and grab a bus back. From Coronado Springs, you would take the Magic Kingdom bus and once at the park, you could walk to the Contemporary Resort, or grab the monorail.

    Enjoy!
