    Hi panel, checking in at Wilderness Lodge & immediately wanting to upgrade our MYW tickets to annual pass. Can I do this at the resort? I know there's a guest services location at Downtown Disney but hoping a trip there or at theme park won't be necess

    Hello Wendy,

    Thank you for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we are here to help and happy to do so. Currently, Guests upgrading their Magic Your Way Ticket can do so at any of the Walt Disney World theme park ticket windows or Guest Relations in the theme park or at Guest Relations located in Downtown Disney, within 14 days of the first use. I am sorry to report, Walt Disney World Resorts, at the moment, do not have the resources to upgrade Magic Your Way tickets to Annual Passes. 

    If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many memorable and magical moments.
