I've paid for my stay in full. Why do I have to provide a credit card number to do online check in? Is it a MUST to have one on file? Thank you.

    Hi Teri,

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with another question! I love the convenience of Online Resort Check-In. For online check-in, a credit card is required to cover any incidentals that may accrue during your stay. If you need to change the credit card on file you may do so at the Online Check-In Desk at your Disney Resort hotel. For further information, feel free to contact a Cast Member at (407) 939-1936.

Please let me know if I can help answer any other questions before your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a magical day!
